We are seeking a Social & Content Marketing managerMedia Manager to grow our brand’s voice and presence across platforms through creator-centric storytelling that drives awareness and engagement. In this hands-on role and strategic role, you’ll transform product features, creator stories, and new model launches into social moments that feel unique.

What you’ll do at Figma Weave:

  • Channel ownership: Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X accounts - ensuring each reflects our distinct tone and creative aesthetic
  • Content strategy & creation: Plan, write, edit, and post short-form copy, visuals, and creator spotlights; collaborate with design/motion to craft social-first storytelling
  • Creative ideation: Develop campaign concepts and content ideas that connect the product, community, and culture - bringing fresh, strategic thinking to every channel.
  • Influencer & creator collaboration: Identify and maintain relationships with key creators; coordinate collab posts, campaigns, and amplification
  • Campaign calendar: Build and maintain the social/content calendar; ensure alignment with product launches, Collective updates, and seasonal moments
  • Community engagement: Respond to comments and DMs, re-share user content, and nurture relationships with early adopters and ambassadors
  • Analytics & insights: Track growth, engagement, and conversion metrics; report learnings to refine strategy
  • Future scope: As the team scales - own paid social testing, creative re-purposing across channels, and develop playbooks for influencer briefs

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 4-6 years of experience managing and growing social media, ideally in design, creative tech, or GenAI spaces, with strong creative instincts and trend awareness
  • Strong creative instincts- you understand how content travels across channels and how to adapt storytelling for each audience.
  • Exceptional writer and editor with native-level English, crafting engaging copy and visual storytelling daily
  • Fluent with AI tools and data-informed, using insights to refine content strategy and drive engagement
  • Curious, proactive connector with a builder’s mindset and strong relationships across creator communitiesCollaborative team player, working with product, design, and community teams.

While it’s not required it’s an added plus if you have:

  • A background in design, motion, or content production
