  • Partner with global forecast owner to drive data-driven forecasting aligned to best practices
  • Manage regional operating activities to deliver insights for Sales and Finance leadership
  • Support Sales Leadership in forecasting meetings by presenting trends, risks, opportunities
  • Recommend org design, headcount, book of business, and quota decisions across the region
  • Lead Regional MBR/QBR reviews by analyzing funnel trends and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for rapid action

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in sales operations, preferably in fast-growing environments
  • Deep understanding of SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with Salesforce and BI tools
  • Proficient in building sophisticated spreadsheets, models, and exec presentations
  • Native-level Japanese and high-fluency in English
  • Plus: BI visualization tools and SQL (Sigma)
