About the role

As a Manager, Solutions Consulting, you will lead a team of Solutions Consultants, partner with sales and customer success, and design scalable pre sales strategies to win enterprise opportunities for Figma. You will deliver compelling product demonstrations, ROI analyses, and technical guidance to prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high performing Solutions Consulting team in the EMEA region
• Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, craft winning value propositions, and close enterprise deals
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations and ROI analyses for complex enterprise use cases
• Develop scalable pre sales processes and assets; maintain knowledge base and competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to feedback customer needs and drive product improvements
• Build long term relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years in pre sales or solutions consulting; 2+ years in management or team leadership
• Experience with SaaS design and productivity tools; familiarity with Figma is a plus
• Strong communication storytelling and stakeholder management skills
• English fluency; German language skills are beneficial
• Willingness to travel as needed
