Overview

You will oversee multiple engineering teams focused on building and delivering multi-product features that empower designers, developers, and teams to collaborate seamlessly. This role combines technical leadership with people management to scale our engineering efforts while maintaining high quality and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams focused on multi-product features
• Define and own technical roadmaps, architectures, and best practices
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Platform teams to ship high-quality features
• Recruit, coach, and grow engineers; conduct performance reviews
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalable systems across products
• Manage project plans, milestones, and cross-functional communication
• Promote a culture of learning, inclusion, and impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering leadership experience
• Strong technical background in modern web technologies (TypeScript, React)
• Experience delivering multi-product features and large-scale codebases
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and people-management skills
• Ability to hire, coach, and retain top engineering talent
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
