Role Summary
Figma is seeking a results-driven Manager, SMB Sales to lead our SMB sales efforts in Berlin, Germany. You will own regional strategy, coach a growing team, and drive revenue growth in the SMB segment.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach a team of SMB sales representatives in Berlin; set targets, manage pipeline, and optimize sales processes.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for the SMB segment, qualify opportunities, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close.
- Collaborate with Marketing to generate qualified inbound opportunities and execute outbound outreach.
- Forecast, measure performance, and report results to leadership; identify improvements to accelerate growth.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product to ensure customer satisfaction and expansion opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in SMB/SaaS sales with 4+ years in a sales leadership role; experience scaling a team is a plus.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills; data-driven and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; comfortable presenting to executives.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and sales analytics; ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
