Role Overview

Join Figma as an Enterprise Solutions Consultant in Bengaluru, India. You will help large organizations understand, pilot, and scale the adoption of Figma's collaborative design platform, aligning business outcomes with product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored product demonstrations and workshops for enterprise buyers
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to scope deployments
• Translate customer requirements into practical design workflows within Figma
• Develop ROI-focused business cases and value propositions
• Support rollout planning, enablement, and ongoing adoption within customer teams
• Provide feedback to product teams to influence the roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software solutions, sales engineering, or consultative presales
• Strong understanding of design collaboration tools and enterprise design workflows
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Proven track record delivering pilots and deployments in complex organizations
• Willingness to travel as needed
