Education Designer at Figma
\nFigma is seeking an Education Designer to craft engaging learning experiences that help customers and teams make the most of our design tools. This on-site role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
\nWhat you’ll do
\n- \n
- Design instructional content, onboarding materials, and learning journeys for customers and internal teams. \n
- Collaborate with Product Design, Content, and Education teams to create compelling courses and tutorials. \n
- Develop materials across multiple formats (written guides, video scripts, interactive modules, and live sessions). \n
- Iterate on learning experiences based on feedback and usage data. \n
- Advocate for learner-centered design and accessibility in all materials. \n
What we’re looking for
\n- \n
- Experience in instructional design, e-learning, or education technology. \n
- Strong storytelling, writing, and visualization skills. \n
- Familiarity with design tools (experience using Figma is a plus). \n
- Understanding of adult learning principles and UX thinking. \n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams. \n
