📋 Description

• Lead the team for securities law compliance and governance
• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy)
• Advise and coordinate with internal teams on quarterly earnings
• Lead planning for the annual meeting of stockholders
• Prepare and manage board materials with senior leadership
• Develop and oversee corporate governance functions

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate, securities and public company reporting
• 2+ years of management experience
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school; US Bar in good standing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and business judgment
• Proactive, driven, adaptable; prioritize multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills; thrive in fast-paced env

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range SF/NY Hub: $281,000 - $365,000 USD
