Job Description
Figma is seeking a Customer Enablement Manager to drive onboarding, adoption, and customer success initiatives from either London, United Kingdom, or Berlin, Germany. This is a full-time role focused on helping customers realize value from Figma's products.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable customer enablement programs and training
- Create onboarding materials, playbooks, and best practices
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams
- Measure impact with enablement metrics and continuously improve programs
- Act as a customer advocate to inform product and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, program management, or related field
- Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with SaaS products and onboarding processes
- Willingness to travel if required
Location
London, United Kingdom or Berlin, Germany (hybrid/on-site arrangements to be determined).
