🎯 Requirements

- Hands-on Discord experience (or similar): channel structure, moderation, community culture
- Excellent English communicator; write clearly, host conversations, and represent our tone
- People-first, collaborative; partner with marketing, product, and creative teams
- Proactive, organized; thrives in fast-paced environments; manage multiple projects
- Experience hosting workshops/events; background in design or creator programs (nice to have)
