About the role

Figma is seeking a Senior Business Systems Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise systems that support product, design, and operations at scale. You will partner with product, design, and IT teams to ensure data integrity, secure integrations, and reliable platforms across the company.

Responsibilities

Define reference architectures for core business systems and ensure alignment with company strategy
Design and optimize data models, APIs, and system integrations across teams
Lead implementation of ERP/CRM and data integration projects
Enforce data governance, security, and compliance practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Mentor engineers and analysts on architecture best practices

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture or a related field
Strong knowledge of data modeling, API design, and system integrations
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
