• Manage full-cycle recruiting for G&A and People
• Partner with leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies
• Source and build healthy pipelines via outbound, events, content
• Leverage data to inform hiring and present to executives
• Identify and drive business improvement initiatives
• Champion BEI initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting in high-growth business
• Experience partnering with executives on niche leadership searches (G&A/People)
• Expert knowledge of the SaaS scale tech landscape and competitors
• Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills
• Build talent strategy with hiring managers; deliver strong candidate experience
• Excellent communication across formats and audiences
