Whatyou’llbe doing

A day in the life of theSalesforce Administratorwill find youfrequentlysolving these types ofproblems:

  • Optimizingeffectiveness of our Salesforce implementation and usageto maximizeFieldwiresales team productivity

  • With an understanding of processes and priorities, developing solutions for Fieldwire’s Go to Market teams from start to finish (from technical requirements to sales team training)

  • Providingtimelyand effective support to Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues, answeringquestionsand delivering solutions with both a short andlong-termstrategy.

The primary responsibilities for our next Salesforce Administrator

will be to:

  • Function as the go-toperson for SFDC requests and inquiries.

  • Drive sales and GTM (Go to Market) technology projects and systems initiatives, execute tasks, and problem solve at a detailed level.

  • Understand operational problemsandshortcomingsand develop strategies to address themby developing cost effective solutions.

  • Define thedata strategyhelping tostructuresalesdata for future business needs andgrowth.

  • Gain and maintain adetailed understandingof thecurrent sales processes and tools as wellas the vision for the future.

  • Asthe subject matter expert,consultFieldwireLeadershipwithconsistent and clear communicationbased on yourdeep understanding ofthe sales technology stack.

  • Support usersby quickly taking care of their issuesandaddressingroot causes withimprovedor newfunctionality.

  • Evaluate and recommendnew technologiesthatwillenhance the overall sales operations.

  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integratenew technologiesseamlessly.

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Salesforce Administrator

to have the following skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Computer Science.

  • 3+yearstrack recordas a Salesforce administrator (Admincertificationrequired).

  • Proficient in managing changes from Sandbox to Production through merge requests with DevOps tools such as GitHub and Visual Studio Code.

  • Ability to understand sales strategies, translate them into system and processrequirements, and drive executionto ensurebusiness impact

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong ability to work independently, consistently showing self-motivation and the capability to complete tasks autonomously.

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:$75,000 - $105,000

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for a

corporate bonus

which can range

up to 20%.
