  • Create prospect/customer focused sales collateral for the full sales cycle.
  • Design and deliver coaching using MEDDPICC, SPIN, GreatDemo!, Sandler.
  • Analyze Gong calls to identify gaps and address messaging.
  • Lead cross-functional enablement translating launches and insights into training.
  • Develop and facilitate training for new hires and existing reps; lead role-plays.
  • Partner with Product/Marketing to translate features into customer narratives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance enablement materials.
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced startup.
  • Deep expertise in MEDDPICC/MEDDIC.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing successful sales training.
