Pack replacement carts and hardware to ship back to the warehouse
Provide hardware feedback from field to hardware team
Travel is a component of this job and may require overnight stays
Collaborate with Deployment Operations Technicians and support teams

🎯 Requirements

Wi‑Fi configurations and router wiring
Slack, Google Sheets, and email experience
Investigate and resolve intermittent problems; assist software support
Learn quickly and follow established procedures
Lift up to 40 kilograms and work in a retail environment
Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel to US sites
