Field Technician

📋 Description

• Provide regional on-site support for Flash customers.
• Install, commission, and test Flash equipment at client sites.
• Troubleshoot issues; ensure systems meet project specs before handoff.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and partners on installations.
• Travel up to 25% as needed; work autonomously in the field.
• Maintain strong customer relationships; uphold Flash values.

🎯 Requirements

• PARCS experience
• Access Control/CCTV experience
• LAN/WAN networking and electrical knowledge
• Network+ and CompTIA A+ certifications preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication; documentation skills
• Valid U.S. driver's license; travel up to 25%
