- 2+ years of technical support for enterprise software systems
- Experience with Salesforce and other ERP systems
- Collaborate with team members and partners to drive solutions
- Strong written and spoken communication
- Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing requirements
- Motivated to learn new software through self-guided and team training
- Enjoy helping others and delivering excellent internal customer service
