  • Support users' questions about field and sales systems (Salesforce, DocuSign, Outreach.io).
  • Assess incoming requests; perform root-cause analysis and determine actions.
  • Manage escalation path to Field Systems team.
  • Administer user roles, profiles, and permissions in Salesforce, DocuSign, Outreach.io.
  • Update Salesforce data to troubleshoot bugs and errors.
  • Learn field processes to respond to inquiries and resolve system errors.

  • 2+ years of technical support for enterprise software systems
  • Experience with Salesforce and other ERP systems
  • Collaborate with team members and partners to drive solutions
  • Strong written and spoken communication
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing requirements
  • Motivated to learn new software through self-guided and team training
  • Enjoy helping others and delivering excellent internal customer service
