🎯 Requirements
- Associate degree or IT hardware certificate preferred; equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years field service or technical support experience.
- Experience with electro-mechanical equipment, servos, sensors, actuators.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and basic product drawings.
- Experience with 200–440V high-voltage equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills; able to travel on short notice.
