Field Support Technician - Data Center Cooling Systems

📋 Description

• Provide onsite technical services for mission-critical cooling systems.
• Install, startup, and commission support for deployments.
• Perform remedial and preventive maintenance per SLAs.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment onsite; fault isolation.
• Identify required parts and contribute to service docs.
• Travel to client sites as needed and collaborate with Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in field service or similar technical support role.
• Electro-mechanical equipment experience: servos, sensors, actuators.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and product drawings.
• Experience with 200–440V/high-voltage equipment.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Strong customer service and communication; travel readiness.
