Field Support Technician - Cooling Systems

📋 Description

• Provide onsite services for mission-critical cooling systems (installation, startup, commissioning, PM)
• Deliver installation, startup, and commissioning support on customer sites.
• Fault isolation of electro-mechanical systems onsite.
• Identify parts to resolve equipment failures.
• Respond to on-site dispatches per SLAs.
• Contribute to service bulletins, procedures, and knowledge docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in IT hardware-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of field service/technical support experience.
• Experience with electro-mechanical equipment, servos, sensors, actuators.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical drawings; experience with 200–440V.
• Strong customer service and communication; able to work onsite solo or in a team.
• Willing to travel; available for 24/7 on-call.
