Visit WP properties frequently to provide onsite technical support.
Understand maintenance challenges and identify solutions; assist vendor management.
Assist in evaluating products, equipment, and vendors.
Facilitate project transitions from Construction to property teams with knowledge transfer.
Work with managers to scope work, select vendors, and manage projects to completion.
Support onsite teams by giving guidance and proper instruction.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience in a multi-family regional support role
5+ years experience in multi-family maintenance
EPA certified - Type I and II or Universal
Hands-on maintenance support experience required
Experience in capital projects: exterior repairs, construction, blueprints
Valid driver's license
