- Conduct supervisory visits of non-medical staff in clients' homes and the community
- Establish positive, supportive relationships with clients, staff, and colleagues
- Ensure staff complete required competencies and documentation for Homemaker and/or personal care services
- Visit clients to obtain feedback and ensure care plan is carried out as written
- Report deviations or care plan requests to the clinical manager and/or client service manager
- Develop community relationships and participate in outreach activities
