Field Staff Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee Field Staff operations across temperate and tropical regions.
• Travel 70–100 days/year to ships for training and mentoring.
• Develop and implement training for hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, etc.
• Coordinate with Marine Ops/Compliance on guidelines and Zodiac training.
• May fill in as Expedition Leader on 1–2 trips per year.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Extensive field ops experience in expedition travel (Alaska).
• Must have extensive experience driving zodiacs.
• Comfort in the water and snorkeling.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Proficient with Windows OS and MS collaboration tools.
