Act as the primary contact between field technicians, customers, and internal teams.
Manage service requests, work orders, and ensure timely completion.
Track and report on service KPIs, SLAs, and field metrics.
Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
Collaborate with logistics, sales, training, and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

English and Italian fluency; French preferred.
2+ years in field service coordination, logistics, or operations.
Experience in telematics, fleet management, automotive, or IoT.
Post-secondary education in technical, logistics, or business field.
Proficiency with service management platforms.
Proficiency with data and reporting tools.
