Field Services Coordinator (12 Month Contract)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule field service activities across assigned markets.
• Act as primary contact between field technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• Manage service requests and work orders for timely field operations.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and field performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, training, and customer success teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English and German; Polish or Dutch preferred.
• 2+ years in field service coordination, logistics, or related tech coordination.
• Experience in telematics, fleet management or IoT asset.
• Post-secondary education in technical/logistics/business field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with service management platforms.
• Comfort using data and reporting tools to track service performance.
