Field Service Technician - Security Systems

📋 Description

• Service and configure Enterprise Level Access Control Systems, IP CCTV, DVRs & NVRs, Burglar Alarms, Intercoms, and Telephone Entry Systems.
• Travel to customer sites in Chicagoland Area, Southern Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana in company provided vehicle.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and configurations.
• Interface with customer personnel; build relationships and provide training as needed.
• Use technical manuals and vendor support to troubleshoot problems.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates/Technical degree required.
• Experience installing and programming Access Control.
• Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• Knowledge of networks, IP, routers, modems; pass drug/background check.
