🎯 Requirements
- Associate degree or certificate in IT hardware or equivalent experience
- 3+ years field service or technical support experience
- Experience with electro-mechanical equipment, servos, sensors, actuators; high voltage 200–440V
- Ability to read electrical schematics and product drawings
- English proficiency with strong customer service/communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to ~20% and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
