Field Service Technician - Laser Machinery

📋 Description

• Support customers in North America with the customer support team.
• Install and demonstrate laser cutting and marking systems.
• Train customer personnel in operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot software, electronic and mechanical issues.
• Create and maintain machine operation procedures and drawings.
• Collaborate with company and vendor teams to meet specs.

🎯 Requirements

• High School or Technical School in Electronic, Electrical, or Manufacturing.
• 3+ years of mechanical and electrical/electronic troubleshooting/service.
• Experience with lasers, robotics, automation, or mechatronics is a plus.
• Able to read mechanical, pneumatic and electric drawings.
• PLC troubleshooting experience required.
• Strong independent work and communication skills (verbal/written).
