- Collaborate with company and vendor personnel to meet customer specs
- Adhere to procedures and quality standards to meet specs
- May be assigned other duties to support department operations
🎯 Requirements
- High school or technical school education in electronics, electrical or manufacturing
- 3+ years mechanical and electrical/electronic troubleshooting and service experience
- Experience with lasers, robotics, automation, or mechatronics is advantageous
- Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical drawings
- Troubleshooting experience with PLCs is required
- Ability to work independently with strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to read and interpret production instructions, routers, and specs
- Strong presentation skills and ability to answer questions from operators and engineers
- Advanced software skills: MS Office, Adobe, Salesforce CRM, TeamViewer
