Field Service Technician - Laser Machinery

📋 Description

• Support customers in North America as part of the customer support team
• Install and demonstrate laser cutting and marking systems.
• Train customer personnel in operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot software, electronic and mechanical issues.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of procedures, drawings, and visual aids.
• Collaborate with company and vendor staff to meet customer specs.

🎯 Requirements

• High School or Technical School in Electronic, Electrical or Manufacturing.
• 3+ years of mechanical and electrical/electronic service experience.
• Experience with lasers, robotics, automation, or mechatronics is a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic and electrical drawings.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
