Support customers in North America as part of the customer support team
Install and demonstrate laser cutting and marking systems
Train customer personnel in operation of equipment
Troubleshoot software, electronic and mechanical issues
Assist in creation and maintenance of machine operation procedures, work instructions, detailed drawings, and visual aids
Collaborate with company and vendor personnel to meet customer specs

🎯 Requirements

High School or Technical School in Electronic, Electrical or Manufacturing
3+ years of mechanical and electric/electronic troubleshooting and service
Experience with lasers, robotics, automation, or mechatronics advantageous
Able to read mechanical, pneumatic and electric drawings
Troubleshooting experience via PLC is required
Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong communication
