Participates in system deployment by delivering installation and commissioning support.
Provides onsite fault isolation for electro-mechanical systems.
Identifies parts required to resolve customer equipment failures.
Responds onsite to dispatches within SLA timeframes.
Maintains knowledge of new products and contributes to knowledge articles.
Travel up to 20% and on-call rotations may be required.

🎯 Requirements

Associate degree in IT hardware preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
Minimum 3 years of field service or related technical support experience.
Experience with electro-mechanical equipment, servos, sensors, actuators.
Experience reading electrical schematics.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Willing to travel up to 20%.
