- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist Install Dept with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Organize daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Drive safely and follow traffic laws to service locations.
- Monitor inventory, complete service reports, and submit docs on time.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years troubleshooting and installing systems; access control or fire alarms a plus.
- OSHA certification or familiarity preferred.
- Lift/move heavy objects; climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Experience operating power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, jackhammers, etc).
