- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning.
- Organize daily service calls and routing for timely maintenance and repairs.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Assist other technicians, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations.
🎯 Requirements
- Travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting/installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Able to lift heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Operate power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, jackhammers, augers, mixers).
