- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Organize daily service calls and routing for timely work completion.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Assist other Field Service Technicians; promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations.
- Monitor inventory, complete service reports, and submit documentation.
- Track and submit expense reports per company policies.
🎯 Requirements
- Availability to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years troubleshooting and installing systems; access control/fire alarms a plus.
- OSHA certification or OSHA compliance knowledge preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Operate power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, jackhammers, augers).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic math skills for measuring and configuration.
