📋 Description

  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
  • Organize daily service calls and routing for timely work completion.
  • Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
  • Assist other Field Service Technicians; promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations.
  • Monitor inventory, complete service reports, and submit documentation.
  • Track and submit expense reports per company policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Availability to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • 2+ years troubleshooting and installing systems; access control/fire alarms a plus.
  • OSHA certification or OSHA compliance knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
  • Operate power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, jackhammers, augers).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and configuration.
