- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Organize daily service calls and routes for timely work.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Travel Monday-Friday within a 150-250 mile service radius.
- Drive safely and follow all traffic laws to reach service locations.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday-Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (Access Control/Fire Alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Able to lift/move heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Experience with power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, jack hammers, augers, mixers).
