Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites per SOPs.
• Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
• Organize daily service calls and routing for timely maintenance and repair work.
• Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
• Provide assistance to other field service technicians to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
• OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects; safely climb a ladder up to 30 ft.
• Ability to operate power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, jack hammers, augers, mixers).
