- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
- Monday–Friday travel within a 150–250 mile service radius.
- Ensure security and functionality of AMAROK systems nationwide.
- Plan and prioritize daily service calls and routes for timely work.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Monitor service reports and submit documentation by deadlines.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years' hands-on experience troubleshooting/installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be able and willing to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate power equipment (lifts, saws, jackhammers).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
