- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade security systems.
- Assist Install Dept with site planning, compliance, inspections, and commissioning.
- Organize daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance and repairs.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Support other Field Service Technicians to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Drive safely following all traffic laws to reach service locations efficiently.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years’ hands-on system troubleshooting and installation experience.
- OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and safely climb a ladder up to 30 ft.
- Ability to operate power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, jackhammers, etc.).
