- Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, compliance, inspections, and commissioning.
- Organize and prioritize daily service calls and route for timely work.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering service, training, and support.
- Provide assistance to other field service technicians, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Mon-Fri.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting/installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft; operate power equipment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; basic math.
