📋 Description

  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
  • Assist Install Department with planning, inspections, and system commissioning.
  • Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
  • Assist other Field Service Technicians to promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 2+ years troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus)
  • OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred
  • Lift and maneuver heavy objects; climb ladders up to 30 ft
  • Operate power equipment: aerial lifts, saws, jackhammers, augers, mixers
