- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Prioritize daily service calls and routing for timely completion.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Drive safely following traffic laws to service locations.
- Monitor inventory, complete service reports, and submit documentation on time.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects; climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and basic math for configurations.
