- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist Install Dept with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
- Organize daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance and repairs.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Monitor inventory, complete service reports, and submit documentation on time.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting and installation experience (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Lift heavy objects and climb a ladder up to 30 ft safely.
- Operate power equipment: aerial lifts, concrete saws, jack hammers, augers, mixers.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Basic math skills for measurement and calculations.
