📋 Description

  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
  • Assist Install Dept with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
  • Organize daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
  • Monitor inventory, complete service reports, and submit documentation on time.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting and installation experience (access control or fire alarms a plus).
  • OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
  • Lift heavy objects and climb a ladder up to 30 ft safely.
  • Operate power equipment: aerial lifts, concrete saws, jack hammers, augers, mixers.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Basic math skills for measurement and calculations.
