- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Organize daily service calls and routing to ensure timely completion.
- Build relationships with customers through service, training, and support.
- Drive safely and follow local laws to service locations.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and safely climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Experience operating power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, jack hammers) preferred.
