- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes to ensure timely work.
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering service, training, and support.
- Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians to foster teamwork.
- Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations efficiently.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting/installing systems (AC/Fire alarm a plus).
- OSHA certification or familiarity preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Experience operating power equipment: aerial lifts, concrete saws, jackhammers, augers.
