📋 Description

  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at client sites.
  • Plan and route daily service calls to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Travel within the service radius (150–250 miles) Monday–Friday.
  • Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting/installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
  • OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
  • Ability to operate power equipment (lifts, saws, jackhammers, augers).
  • Basic Math Skills for measuring and troubleshooting.
