- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at client sites.
- Plan and route daily service calls to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
- Travel within the service radius (150–250 miles) Monday–Friday.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting/installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Ability to operate power equipment (lifts, saws, jackhammers, augers).
- Basic Math Skills for measuring and troubleshooting.
