- Provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Travel Monday–Friday within a 150–250 mile service radius to reach sites.
- Ensure the security and functionality of AMAROK systems nationwide.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning.
- Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routing.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver training and support.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting/installing access control or fire alarm systems.
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Able to lift heavy objects and safely climb a ladder up to 30 ft.
- Operate power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, jackhammers, augers).
