Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
Follow SOPs to ensure optimal system performance.
Mon-Fri travel within 150-250 miles of the service radius.
Route and schedule daily service calls for timely completion.
Maintain and upgrade perimeter security systems nationwide.
Build strong customer relationships through service and support.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting/installing systems (AC/Fire alarms a plus)
Valid Driver's License; willing to travel Mon-Fri.
OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
Must lift and maneuver heavy objects; climb ladders up to 30 ft.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
