- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
- Follow SOPs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Assist Install Dept with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Organize daily service calls and routing for timely completion.
- Build strong customer relationships; provide training and support.
- Travel Monday–Friday within a 150–250 mile radius.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting and system installation.
- Experience with access control or fire alarm systems a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must lift and move heavy objects; climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Willingness to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
