Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance.
• Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
• Assist Install Dept with site planning, compliance, inspections, and commissioning.
• Help other Field Service Technicians to foster teamwork.
• Drive safely obeying traffic laws to reach service locations efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience with troubleshooting and installing security systems.
• Must be available for Mon–Fri travel within a 150–250 mile radius.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
• Able to lift and maneuver heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Operate power equipment (aerial lifts, concrete saws, jackhammers, etc.).
